Delivery Info
We have 1 set delivery price which applies to England, Wales and Scotland of £35.00.
*FOR DELIVERY TO IRELAND, please email us your address and the items you wish to order and we will get back to you within 24hrs.
This is a set price from one piece, to six pieces of furniture only.

OPTIONAL EXTRAS
1. If you require assembly of an item, the delivery company will be happy to do this for you on site, at an additional cost of £35.00.
Please specify at the time of order if you require the assembly service, in order for the delivery company to make arrangements. They will be unable to assemble on site without prior notice.
2. If you require delivery to your room of choice upstairs, this is an extra £10 (per delivery).
The amounts shown above are inclusive of vat (at 17.5%) and will be added to your order total at the checkout. All deliveries are a 1 man drop to your room of choice on the ground floor only. Large items will be a 2 man delivery.
Please ensure the areas where the item(s) are to be delivered have been measured (prior to delivery) to ensure it can fit into the room.
Whilst the delivery men do all they can to ensure the piece is taken to your room of choice, they will not attempt any delivery if it appears to be unsafe or dangerous.
Deliveries take place Monday - Friday only. Please ensure you or someone accepting delivery on your behalf is at home during delivery, as we will require the goods to be checked and signed for.
Please note that if no one is home to accept delivery, this shall be deemed as a 'failed delivery attempt' and therefore an additional cost for 'redelivery' will be chargable at £35.
Should you have any specific delivery requests, please advise us at checkout in order for us to make the necessary arrangements.
Returns
At French Furniture Revolution we understand that returning a product is often a frustrating experience, but we strive to make the process a simple and straightforward one. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we will gladly help you to return your product, when it falls within the guidelines of our Terms and Conditions. Returns procedure
Please see the returns procedure below:
1. We will require written notification within seven days from receipt of the goods to inform us of your decision to return.
2. We will then arrange to have the goods collected.
3. Once the goods have been collected and returned to us in the original packaging and condition that they were sent out in, we will arrange to refund you the cost of the furniture.
PLEASE BE AWARE THAT YOU WILL NOT BE REFUNDED FOR THE DELIVERY CHARGE. A SECOND DELIVERY CHARGE WILL BE APPLIED TO COLLECT THE GOODS (charged at the cost of the item(s) show in the delivery band - see above). Please note that collection charges apply, even if the initial delivery charge was free due to a 'seasonal offer'.
If you think you may be returning any goods you must keep the packaging. We cannot collect goods without their original packaging as they could possibly get damaged in transit.
Damages
Please report any damages you find within 24 hours of receipt of delivery. In order for us to assess the damage, you will be asked to supply images of the item via e-mail. Once we have received these images and accessed the damage we will make arrangements for the goods to be collected and a replacement piece delivered as soon as possible.
